Join a high-volume, design-forward catering company known for bold flavors, beautiful presentation, and a hands-on, guest-driven culture. Based in Knoxville, this is a full-time executive leadership role overseeing all culinary operations for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings across multiple venues.
Executive Chef Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: $85,000–$105,000
- Annual bonu: attainable, performance based, paid annually
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision benefits
- PTO
- Relocation candidates encouraged to apply – this position is in Knoxville, TN
Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Executive Chef or CDC in high-volume catering or restaurant groups
- Proven ability to manage large-scale production and multiple event types with culinary excellence
- Must be able to step into a high-performing team with limited formal training structure
- Strong leadership style that mentors, motivates, and builds loyalty
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; familiarity with Prism and Triple Seed a plus
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Strong design sense and attention to aesthetic presentation
- must have a broad range of culinary styles and be experienced working with a variety of cuisines
- Deep curiosity and passion for keeping up with culinary trends
- Calm, professional demeanor; assertive but kind and approachable leadership style
