We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to join our growing team.
Special Education Teacher Compensation:

Special Education Teacher Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) with valid Special Education Certification.
- Knowledge to create and implement IEPs that honor each student’s unique potential.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License and meet insurance eligibility standards.
- Must pass all background screenings for a Community Care Licensed facility, including physical, TB, and drug testing.
Special Education Teacher Duties:
- Serve as the Local Education Agency (LEA) Representative on all IEP Teams, ensuring that every student’s voice and needs are fully represented and met.
- Steward the continuous improvement of IEP policies, maintain vital student records, track transitions, and uphold full compliance with all DPI requirements and timelines.
- Provide the tools, training, and encouragement that enable faculty and staff to deliver IEPs with fidelity and heart, in full alignment with IDEA principles.
