Wholesale-Retail Seafood General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead wholesale seafood operations in mid Cape. This leadership role requires a hands-on professional with seafood industry expertise and strong operational, sales, and compliance capabilities.

Wholesale-Retail Seafood General Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of wholesale seafood industry experience
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with P&L accountability
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Valid driver’s license; HACCP certification required

Wholesale-Retail Seafood General Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, procurement, pricing, and AR collections
  • Manage HACCP compliance, regulatory coordination, and reporting
  • Oversee inventory, capital planning, and equipment maintenance
  • Supervise staff hiring, reviews, and disciplinary procedures
  • Collaborate with plant manager on daily operations and logistics
  • Build and maintain vendor and customer relationships
