Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Senior Human Resources Business Partner Requirements & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct support of multiple regions n the field

• Quick-service restaurant (QSR) or convenience store (C-store) industry experience is required

• Proven success in national manpower planning and execution across multi-unit operations

• Experience supporting senior leadership—this role partners with 3 VPs and 16 business units

• Strong background in performance-driven people programs, accountability systems, and leadership development

• Willingness to travel 50%+; this is a field-based role

Senior Human Resources Business Partner Preferred Background & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is highly preferred

• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred

• Strategic HR leadership across functions such as compliance, talent acquisition, and training & development

• Experience with 9-box succession planning and national/multi-region HR strategy

• People-first leadership style with the ability to engage, coach, and influence field teams
