Established senior living community seeking licensed RN for Director of Wellness.

Director of Wellness Responsibilities

  • Lead Resident Care Program in accordance with state regulations and compliance guidelines
  • Provide health assessments for prospective residents to determine appropriateness and level of care
  • Observe and document changes in condition and communicate changes in care plans to care staff
  • Coordinate management of care staff with Executive Director

Director of Wellness Requirements

  • Licensed RN in good standing in State of Minnesota
  • Passion for senior care and experience working in a senior living environment
  • Experience in clinical leadership – managing teams of hourly care staff, shift scheduling & oncall
  • Experience with state compliance audits and maintaining complete documentation for residents
