Medical Office Supervisor

Maintains efficient day-to-day operations for a busy medical office.

Medical Office Supervisor Benefits and Qualifications:

· 2 years’ experience working in a physician office in a supervisory role

· Ability to collaborate with a management team.

· Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

· Ability to interpret financial reports to effectively manage the office.

Medical Office Supervisor Responsibilities:

· The Center Supervisor helps sets KPIs, improves patient satisfaction and contributes to the company growth.

· Staff scheduling, cash reconciliation and operational standards. Hands on position.

· Maintains efficient registration, patient flow and check out procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and center productivity.

· Provides monthly reporting. Makes recommendations and follow-up actions / assist with strategic planning and resource allocation.
