What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across several fast-paced restaurant units
  • Building high-performing teams through smart hiring, training, and mentorship
  • Elevating guest satisfaction and ensuring each visit is top-notch
  • Driving sales and keeping a sharp eye on budgets and costs
  • Championing brand standards and a positive, team-focused culture

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of multi-unit leadership, ideally in fast-food or fast-casual concepts
  • Comfortable managing drive-thru operations and high-volume traffic
  • Strong understanding of sales goals, labor management, and cost control
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining talent
  • Excellent communicator with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment
