What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across several fast-paced restaurant units
- Building high-performing teams through smart hiring, training, and mentorship
- Elevating guest satisfaction and ensuring each visit is top-notch
- Driving sales and keeping a sharp eye on budgets and costs
- Championing brand standards and a positive, team-focused culture
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5 years of multi-unit leadership, ideally in fast-food or fast-casual concepts
- Comfortable managing drive-thru operations and high-volume traffic
- Strong understanding of sales goals, labor management, and cost control
- Proven track record of growing and retaining talent
- Excellent communicator with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment
