About the Opportunity:
Our client is an exciting and fast-growing hospitality concept that blends bold, New American cuisine with an upbeat, community-focused atmosphere. This dynamic venue offers a mix of indoor and outdoor experiences, including a full-service restaurant, craft cocktail bar, taco truck, BBQ pit, and expansive outdoor area with fire pits, lawn games, and live music.
Regular programming includes:
- Happy Hours & Trivia Nights
- Social Sundays
- Game Day Watch Events
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong bar operations experience to help lead the front-of-house team, elevate the beverage program, and ensure seamless execution of high-volume service and weekly events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front-of-house and bar operations, maintaining high guest service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate a strong service and bar staff
- Oversee the craft cocktail and draft beer program with an emphasis on quality and consistency
- Manage labor, scheduling, and inventory controls
- Collaborate on promotional events and weekly activations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience in high-volume settings
- Strong background in craft cocktails, beverage program execution, and bar team leadership
- Highly organized, energetic, and guest-service driven
- Experience managing events or weekly promotions is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary + performance bonus structure – $80 to $85K – 10% Bonus
