Youth & Family Therapist – $5K Sign-On Bonus | 4-Day Workweek Option
Our client is a mission-driven organization serving children and families across seven states through programs in Family Preservation, Behavioral Health, Therapeutic Foster Care, and more. They are currently hiring a Youth & Family Therapist to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or those working toward independent licensure who are passionate about supporting youth who have experienced trauma. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values flexibility, clinical growth, and meaningful outcomes.
What’s Offered:
- Competitive salary: $53,000 – $65,000
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred (or eligible and working toward licensure)
- 2+ years of experience with youth, families, or mental health services preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurance (may require youth transport)
