Sr. Associate Wealth Manager
Join a growing, client-centric wealth advisory firm that serves high-net-worth families and business owners. This Sr. Associate Wealth Manager role offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, team-based environment focused on delivering comprehensive financial strategies—not selling products.
Sr. Associate Wealth Manager and Compensation:
• Base salary: $75,000–$95,000, plus 10% annual bonus
• 401(k) plan with company match
• Unlimited discretionary PTO

Sr. Associate Wealth Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services
• Series 65 or 66 license required
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Hands-on experience with portfolio analysis, financial plan preparation, and CRM/workflow systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as Schwab Institutional, eMoney Advisor, and Black Diamond
• Capable of participating in client/prospect meetings and supporting compliance tracking
• Strong organizational, communication, and independent project management skills
Sr. Associate Wealth Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• CFP designation (preferred or in progress)
• Experience working in a team-based RIA or financial advisory firm with a holistic service approach
