Chef de Cuisine for Spanish Concept

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee day-to-day culinary operations at a vibrant Spanish restaurant known for its high-quality cuisine and traditional tapas. This role supports the Executive Chef and ensures consistency, creativity, and excellence on every plate. A background in Spanish cuisine and woodfired cookery is essential.

Chef de Cuisine for Spanish Concept Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and execution
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes, with a focus on Spanish flavors
  • Collaborate on seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Supervise and train line cooks and prep staff
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen

Chef de Cuisine for Spanish Concept Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service or upscale setting
  • Strong foundation in Spanish cuisine, tapas, grilled meats, and woodfired cookery
  • Solid leadership and team-building skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen cost controls and ordering systems
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
