Cafe Manager
Our client is a fast-growing, scratch-kitchen café brand searching for a dynamic, people-focused Cafe Manager to lead one of their bustling locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality-driven professional passionate about fresh, quality food, team building, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a casual, upbeat environment.
Cafe Manager Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to $75,000

Cafe Manager Requirements
- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Reliable transportation with the ability to commute or relocate as needed
Cafe Manager Responsibilities
- Lead daily café operations, collaborating with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Hire, onboard, and mentor team members while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment
- Manage vendor relationships, place orders, and oversee inventory levels to meet operational needs
- Handle daily financial tasks, including cash deposits and register management
- Prepare and maintain team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make operational adjustments to achieve financial and service targets
- Uphold brand standards and cultivate a welcoming, guest-first atmosphere
