A renowned and growing hospitality group with a portfolio of iconic restaurant brands is seeking a Corporate Training Manager to lead company-wide training and development initiatives. This role is critical in promoting a culture of learning, operational excellence, and employee growth across all restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful programs, partner closely with leadership, and ensure consistent, brand-aligned training at every level of the organization.

Corporate Training Manager Requirements/Responsibilities
- 3+ years of training experience in a hospitality environment
- Develop and manage onboarding, orientation, and leadership training
- Oversee training programs via LMS (SRC University) and in-person coaching
- Ensure completion of ServSafe, TIPS, and compliance modules company-wide
- Conduct needs assessments, check-ins, and feedback sessions
- Partner with restaurant leaders and HR to track development goals and reduce turnover
- Lead relaunch of Manager in Training (MIT) program and culture-building initiatives
- Maintain training schedules, certifications, and documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills required
