Join Our Fast-Growing Fast-Casual Team!

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Supervisor to join our expanding restaurant concept. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your ability to teach, multitask, and inspire will help set the tone for a successful shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Train and guide staff to deliver top-quality service and maintain product standards
  • Oversee shift tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all food and display areas
  • Enforce food safety protocols and operational procedures
  • Manage break schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
  • Record and report waste and communicate any issues to management
  • Serve as a point of contact for shift-related concerns, helping to resolve them promptly
  • Support and collaborate with the management team to meet operational goals

Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to lead, teach, and encourage team members
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for 8–10 hour shifts, including evenings
