Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant
Your Role
- Oversee diverse patient care in orthopedic, spine, and pain management
- Assess new and returning patients in a clinical setting
- Perform H&Ps, review diagnostic test results, and formulate care plans
- Order imaging and interventional procedures
- Collaborate with lead physicians and support staff
- Maintain precise documentation in the EHR system
Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited FNP or PA program
- Active Arizona FNP/PA license & DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical decision-making & diagnostic skills
- Experience in pain management (required), orthopedics/spine (preferred)
- Skilled in EMRs & clinical documentation
- Compassionate, communicative, and highly organized
Pain Management Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant
Your Responsibilities
- Administer therapeutic injections
- Prescribe and manage medications (including controlled substances)
- Order & interpret diagnostic imaging
- Provide clear follow-up and care coordination
- Document all professional services accurately

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120K–$170K
- Performance Bonuses
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
