Construction Project Manager – Ground-Up (Multi-Family, Senior Living, K-12)
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects across the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality projects while growing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment—we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role:
- Lead all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners
- Leverage tools such as MS Project and Viewpoint for project tracking
- Navigate and oversee self-performed work including concrete, carpentry, and structural trades
What You Bring:
- 5–10+ years of experience managing ground-up projects valued at $35M+
- Proven background in senior living, K-12 or multi-family, construction
- Solid understanding of self-performed trades (not just development oversight)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
