We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our clients amazing team! The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall well-being. Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on proper exercises and home care techniques
Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Valid PTA license/certification in Washington
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
