Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Valid CPR certification and current DEA license
- Valid Arizona state licensure
- Ability to work well in a team and multi-task
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary in the $120K-$170K range
- Productivity bonus
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision
- Life and Disability Insurance
