A growing restaurant group is seeking an Accounting Admin Coordinator to support daily financial operations and administrative workflows. This position acts as a key liaison between leadership, individual restaurant teams, internal systems, and the company’s external accounting firm. The role offers a blend of on-site and remote flexibility and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in bookkeeping or office administration.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update daily cash tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting at the location level
  • Handle general bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and data entry
  • Oversee internal accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor communications
  • Coordinate and streamline the flow of financial information to the company’s external accounting firm
  • Maintain accurate digital records and internal tracking systems
  • Provide administrative and office coordination support as needed
  • Assist with special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
