• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (must have)
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proficiency with CRM tools and activity tracking
• Sharp communication skills—professional, honest, and authentic
• Self-motivated with a hunger to win and willingness to be coached
