As a P&C Insurance Advisor, you'll drive real results by connecting licensed agents to business owners in fast-moving industries like trucking, equipment, and rentals. You’ll open doors, build real relationships, and help businesses protect what matters. This is not a desk job—it's a high-activity, high-reward sales role.
- Prospect and secure new business clients in niche commercial industries
- Act as a strategic consultant, placing licensed agents with business clients

P&C Insurance Advisor – What You Need
To thrive as a P&C Insurance Advisor, you’ll need experience, drive, and the right mindset. Hustlers welcome.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (must have)
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and activity tracking
- Sharp communication skills—professional, honest, and authentic
- Self-motivated with a hunger to win and willingness to be coached
