Hotel General Manager
We are seeking a highly engaged and results-driven Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations and elevate guest satisfaction while driving the overall success of the business. This is not a role for a “clipboard manager.” We need someone who leads by example, actively engages with both the team and guests, and takes proactive steps to enhance operations, marketing, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless front desk and housekeeping functions
- Foster a positive environment by actively engaging with guests and staff to ensure exceptional service and teamwork
- Partner with ownership to implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and contribute to long-term business planning
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, with AGM experience a plus
- Strong business acumen with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to lead teams, engage with guests, and drive continuous operational improvements
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, STR, 3M) and knowledge of compliance standards
