Director of Facilities

Director of Facilities Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7–10 years in facilities management, including at least 5 years in a Director-level engineering role

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems; must ensure all systems are code-compliant from Day 1

• Daily property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety issues, and improvement opportunities

• Lead and manage preventative maintenance programs across guest rooms, public areas, and equipment

• Oversee capital improvement projects, construction, and vendor contracts with a focus on minimizing operational disruption and maintaining high standards

• Must lead safety committee efforts, manage emergency preparedness, and ensure regulatory compliance at all levels

Director of Engineering Preferred Background & Skills:

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credentials
