Nightlife Rooftop Manager – GM-Level Leadership

We’re seeking a dynamic Entertainment Manager with General Manager-level leadership to oversee all aspects of our rooftop venue. In this high-volume, fast-paced, and high-energy environment, you won’t just manage the night—you’ll shape the experience.
Entertainment Manager Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Take full ownership of the bar, floor, and overall guest experience.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team that delivers energy and excellence every night.
- Guest Experience: Maintain top-tier service, cleanliness, ambiance, and hospitality standards.
- Bar & Mixology Program: Oversee bar operations, inventory management, and cost controls to drive profitability.
- Entertainment & Partnerships: Collaborate with security, promoters, and DJs to curate a seamless nightlife atmosphere.
- VIP & Event Management: Elevate bottle service, private events, and high-profile experiences.
- Hiring & Performance Development: Lead scheduling, training, and professional growth initiatives.
- Active Floor Engagement: Monitor vibe, troubleshoot issues, and elevate service in real time.
- Customer Relations: Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and style.
Entertainment Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume nightlife, rooftop, or lounge venues.
- Proven GM-level operational expertise across bar, floor, guest services, and team management.
- Deep knowledge of cocktail culture, bar operations, and nightlife trends.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and talent development skills.
- Ability to read the room, stay cool under pressure, and drive the right energy.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and nightlife compliance regulations.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Experience managing VIP clientele, special events, and bottle service operations is a plus.
Entertainment Manager Compensation
- $128k-$142k Base + monthly performance bonus
