Top tier law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing law firm in NYC. Cases you would be handling vary from Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment to Disability Rights. Employment Rights Associate Benefits:

Employment Rights Associate Duties:
- Litigate civil cases in Federal and State Courts in other states including NY.
- Draft Complaints, Motions, and Discovery
- Appear for Court Hearings, Oral Arguments, and Mediations
- Collaborate with Senior Attorneys
Employment Rights Associate Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (New York strongly preferred)
- 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in federal court or civil rights matters
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Prior clerkship, law review, or moot court experience is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice, equity, or public interest law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
