Job Title: Senior Project Manager — Structural Curtain Wall Manufacturing

Location: Hybrid Opportunity

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead structural curtain wall and façade projects from design coordination through fabrication and delivery. This role focuses on managing schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and client communication to ensure successful project execution. You’ll work primarily from our office, with periodic travel to vendor facilities and project sites nationwide.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of curtain wall projects, from submittals through production and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to align technical and delivery requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material procurement plans.
• Oversee contract reviews, change orders, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, closeout packages).
• Conduct site visits to monitor manufacturing and job site conditions.
• Resolve design conflicts and technical issues during preconstruction and production phases.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing curtain wall, façade, or structural glazing projects.
• Proficient with construction management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
• Strong understanding of curtain wall fabrication unitized and stick-built systems, and installation sequencing.
• Skilled in project scheduling, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Senior Project Manager Compensation:

• $150,000 – $175,000 base salary
• Bonus opportunities based on project performance
