What You Bring to the Table:
💯 2+ years of leadership experience in casual dining or similar.
🥘 Scratch kitchen experience – no shortcuts, just real food.
📊 Knowledge of restaurant ops – P&L management, cost control, and efficiency.
🙌 Servant leadership mindset – lead from the front, hands-on and interactive.
