What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own your area and drive strong performance through clear goals and accountability
• Inspire your team and lead with purpose, passion, and positivity

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and compliance standards

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
• Proven success in a high-volume setting
• Background in polished casual dining is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling protocols
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative spirit and a knack for team building
• Bonus if you’ve got wine and spirits knowledge
