We’re seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our dynamic restaurant group. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, scratch kitchen where quality, consistency, and teamwork are at the heart of what we do. You’ll work alongside passionate culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food and help lead a thriving back-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Uphold high standards in food quality, safety, and presentation
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff for peak performance
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures

Who You Are:

• A culinary professional with at least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience
• A hands-on chef who leads by example
• A strong communicator and team motivator
• Organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
