Assistant Kitchen Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Motivate and inspire the team in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clear expectations
- People Development
- Performance feedback and assessment
- 2 years experience in $2-4 MM restaurants
- Strong oral and written communications
- Basic problem-solving and computer skills required
- Must be able to establish pars and complete inventory, as well as navigate a BOH schedule.
