What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–7 years of post-grad accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience leading a team of up to 5 people
• High proficiency with Excel, Macros, and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with Power Query (Power BI exposure is a plus, not required)
• Experience customizing financial reports
• Sage 100 or 300 experience is REQUIRED – no exceptions
• ERP system knowledge and system implementation/admin experience
• Comfort working in manual systems and a roll-up-your-sleeves culture

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end accounting and analysis
• Manage the monthly close process and generate actionable financial reports
• Lead the organization and execution of physical inventory audits
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitor trends, analyze variances, and evaluate inventory and CapEx balances
• Support cross-functional system implementations across departments
• Be an active presence on the manufacturing floor during inventories
