We are a STRONG hospitality and food-related retail group with an amazing reputation for top-quality products and services in need of a Prepared Foods Culinary Department Manager who is hands-on and in the trenches with their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong kitchen operations management skill set, and experience with deli and prepared foods equipment, along with strong people management experience. 

Prepared Foods Culinary Department Manager Benefits:

Prepared Foods Culinary Department Manager Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in a food-related retail setting with deli, prepared foods, and people management
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and retain strong team members
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong organizational and planning skill set; strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience managing cold bars, hot bars, and prepackaging grab-n-go
  • Passionate about motivating teams, developing staff, and committed to a people-first culture
  • Strong financial acumen-understand food cost, labor cost, buying, and inventories, and can set action plans for improvement
  • Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to commit to upholding and following up on company standards, procedures, and recipe execution
