Director of Banquets – RELO to Austin

Are you a dynamic banquet leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-first environment? We’re seeking a Director of Banquets to oversee more than 30,000 sq. ft. of versatile event space at a prestigious conference hotel. With 50% of our business driven by events and daytime group dining packages, this role offers the chance to have an excellent QOL while being part of something bigger. From elegant galas to corporate conferences, you’ll shape unforgettable experiences and mentor a talented team every step of the way.

What We Offer:

Salary: $95,000–$105,000

Relocation Assistance Available – Texas Candidates Only
Guaranteed Time Off: Every year from December 15–January 1, fully paid and not deducted from PTO

~~What We Need From You:~~

Proven success overseeing 30,000+ sq. ft. of banquet/meeting space
Experience managing department P&L and driving profitability
A love for exceptional hospitality and detail-driven event execution
Flexibility to work a schedule aligned with business needs
A passion for developing people and strong emotional intelligence
Leadership experience managing an Assistant Director + 5 Banquet Managers
Comfort with mostly daytime events (60–65%) and high-end galas
