Now Hiring: General Manager – Marriott Extended Stay Experience Required

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with Marriott leadership background plus budget extended stay expertise to take the helm of our property. This is a critical, high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in team development, operational execution, and guest satisfaction.

You must have prior Marriott General Manager experience and a deep understanding of the extended stay model to be considered for this role.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on extended stay guest needs
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team across departments
  • Act as the primary liaison between property and corporate office
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and front desk efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and operational quality
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue while managing out-of-service rooms and rate strategy
  • Deliver consistent training and performance feedback for ongoing staff development
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and enforce brand compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Proven Marriott GM experience is required
  • Background in budget extended stay hotel operations (e.g., TownePlace Suites, Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience with full operational oversight
  • Demonstrated success in staffing, P&L control, and guest experience management
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • ServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work across shifts as needed
