Beverage Manager – Upscale Dining

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to join our leadership team at a high-end, service-driven restaurant. If you're a hospitality leader with deep knowledge of wine and spirits, strong guest engagement skills, and a flair for team development, we’d love to hear from you!

Beverage Manager – Upscale Dining Qualifications:

  • Skilled in mixology and beverage program training
  • Minimum of 3 years in a fine dining or upscale restaurant role
  • Strong background in wine, cocktails, and premium spirits
  • Proven success in managing high-volume service environments
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership approach

Beverage Manager – Upscale Dining Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop the front-of-house team with a focus on service excellence
  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture
  • Consistently deliver elevated guest experiences
  • Uphold operational excellence across all beverage service areas
  • Oversee beverage cost control, inventory, and vendor relationships
