General Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute flawless events that leave lasting memories and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract new business and exceed revenue goals.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and excellence in every aspect of our venues.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are not just met but surpassed.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized, memorable service.
  • Oversee all catering operations, ensuring top-tier menus and impeccable service.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of professionals committed to exceptional service.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to build client rapport, motivate teams, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sales strategy development, exceeding targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant technologies.

General Manager Experience:

  • General Manager: 2 years (Required)
  • Hospitality Management: 4 years (Required)
  • Catering: 4 years (Required)

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Driver's License (Required)
