General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a General Manager, Site Leader, or Multi-Unit Manager role with full P&L ownership with at least $3-4 million in annual revenue
- Develop and execute hyper-local marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, corporate outreach, business and K-12 school partnerships, and event activations
- Build strategic community partnerships with businesses, schools, hotels, youth groups, and event planners to drive reservations, memberships, STEM Sales, group and event bookings and B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to lead training, manage employee engagement, and improve retention and productivity metrics
- Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture through ongoing team training, drills, and adherence to regulatory standards
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Background in activity-based entertainment, wellness, action sports, or high-throughput attractions
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in hospitality, activity- based entertainment, wellness, recreation, or similar industries requiring strong guest service and team management
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and controlling operational costs in high-volume, customer-facing businesses
