General Manager – High-End, Michelin-Aspiring Restaurant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our program, bringing creativity, precision, and leadership to our team. This is an opportunity to shape a one-of-a-kind experience within a restaurant striving for national and international acclaim.
Role Overview:
As our General Manager, you will be responsible for curating and executing an elevated, world-class guest experience that complements our fine dining service standards in our gritty, graffiti and neon aesthetic. From overseeing the entirety of Front of House operation standards to ensuring impeccable service, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete FOH Leadership: Develop and maintain service standards that enhances the restaurant's culinary vision.
- Excellence in Hospitality: Deliver a refined, high-touch guest experience that aligns with fine dining service standards yet in a modern, artistic setting.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier bar team, fostering a culture of creativity, efficiency, and excellence.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily operations, uphold health and safety standards.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, vendor relationships, and pricing strategies to balance quality and profitability.
- Collaboration with Culinary & FOH Teams: Work closely with chefs and service staff to create a seamless pairing of food and beverages.
- Innovation & Storytelling: Elevate the guest experience through unique cocktail presentations, table-side mixology, and immersive beverage pairings.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of general manager experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Experience with fine dining service standards, including tableside cocktails, spirit education, and guest engagement.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- A hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
