Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing food preparation
  • Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing day-to-day tasks, leading the staff, and managing all food-related functions
  • Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation, and planting of food items
  • Instill and nourish high morale and team player mentality in staff

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Culinary Degree Preferred
  • Experience in Upscale/Upscale Casual Dining
  • 2-3 Years in Similar Role Required
  • Scratch Kitchen Experience Required
