We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our growing, established restaurant group. This opportunity offers extensive potential for growth in a positive work environment.

Executive Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen, with a strong background in refined, high-end cuisine.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team. Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Menu Development & Innovation: Develop seasonal menus, create innovative dishes, and ensure consistency in presentation and taste.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Oversee food cost, portion control, and inventory management to maintain profitability while upholding quality.
  • Ordering & Receiving: Manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and quality control of all ingredients.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations comply with local health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling protocols.
  • Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of skill in butchery, advanced cooking techniques, and plating. Proficiency in house-made pasta preparation and pasta-cooking techniques is a plus.
