Café Manager – Fast-Growing Coffee Brand
📍 Boston, MA | 💵 $60,000–$75,000 + Bonuses + Full Benefits
We’re hiring a Café Manager for a popular and growing global coffee brand! This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role at a busy Boston café. If you love hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to grow with an exciting brand, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Get:
$70K–$80K base salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily café operations and guest experience
- Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team
- Maintain brand standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, labor, and cost controls
- Analyze P&L reports and drive performance improvements
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of restaurant, café, or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Experience with POS systems and operational tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and team success
