Job Overview: As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency. You'll lead the kitchen team, manage inventory, control costs, and uphold service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
- Oversee food prep and ensure quality.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Develop seasonal menus with leadership.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role.
- Strong leadership with a focus on mentoring.
- Knowledge of seafood prep, grilling, and casual coastal cuisine a plus.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
