Restaurant Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Lead and support restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in service.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and recognize top-performing team members.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff to foster a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in an upscale/high-volume restaurant as a manager
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
