Restaurant / Floor Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations within your area of responsibility, ensuring excellence at every level.
  • Set clear priorities for your team and drive results that exceed expectations.
  • Ensure all team members perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to achieve personal and professional growth.

Restaurant / Floor Manager Qualifications

  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-service, fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Hotel experience is a plus!
  • Steakhouse experience, a big plus!
  • Bar experience is helpful
  • Charismatic, with a personality that shines like a Brand Ambassador.
  • Skilled in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Experience managing private and semi-private events.
  • Expertise in sanitation practices and food handling compliance.
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team builder with a collaborative spirit!
