We are one of the fastest-growing Fast-Casual Franchise groups in the world! We are looking for a Long Island based Corporate Franchise Trainer to help us oversee our growth and ensure our new partners are trained and set up for success. This position has heavy travel on the East Coast and new markets. If you have experience with new store openings, and franchise development and can lead a large team this could be you! Corporate Franchise Trainer Qualifications:
- Experience in Food and Beverage Development!!
- Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, & applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and open to feedback
- Ability to adapt a flexible work schedule and travel for work (70% travel required)
- Additional language skill is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to process new information quickly
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Self-motivated team player with a desire and drive to learn and grow with the team
- Assist Franchisees in improving overall business performance, including sales goals, operational standards, and compliance with company standards.
- Act as a liaison between the franchisee and the Corporate Office.
- Ensure that franchising stores maintain product quality, customer service, cleanliness & maintenance, training & staffing, and branding standards.
- Monitor and assist in new store openings, including follow-up needed with various departments to ensure new store success.
- Complete assigned new store openings and follow-up visits to ensure operation complied with company guidelines and sale goals.
Corporate Franchise Trainer Responsibility:
- Support implementation/roll-out of new products and procedures in conjunction with the Marketing Department.
- Complete necessary administrative reports in a timely fashion and in accordance with department and company procedures.
- Document and communicate violations of Franchise agreements or standard deviations.
- Maintain extensive phone contact with the franchisees.
- Resolve customer complaints in an assigned territory within reasonable time frames
- Follow departmental budget guidelines. Turn in Travel reimbursement requests promptly with appropriate documentation.
