Restaurant General Manager – Fort Wayne, IN
Join a growing and respected restaurant group with a passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume steakhouse with the potential to grow into a multi-unit leadership role.
Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
• Base salary up to $110,000
• Bonus potential of 10%–20%
• Paid relocation package to Fort Wayne, Indiana

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume steakhouse
• Proven success managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to train and develop management teams
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction by upholding high service and food standards
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and financial performance from day one
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience in upscale or independent restaurants with a strong hospitality culture
• Growth-oriented leader with a passion for developing people and driving excellence
