Growing local company is adding to their accounting team. Seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team where hard work is acknowledged and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
  • Lead process improvements and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
