As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our newest location and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven General Manager with new store opening experience to oversee operations, drive profitability 💰, and build a winning team. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Store Opening Leadership: Lead the successful launch of new locations, including recruitment, training, and community engagement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, outstanding service, and adherence to brand standards.
- Team Development: 👥 Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive, supportive work culture.
- Financial Performance: 📈 Drive profitability through effective cost management, labor control, and maximizing sales opportunities. Participate in the monthly net profit sharing program.
- Guest Experience: 🎉 Ensure every guest leaves happy by maintaining a clean, fun, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Community Engagement: 🤝 Build strong relationships within the community, drive local marketing efforts, and position the restaurant as a neighborhood favorite.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role, with a mix of full-service restaurant experience and fast-casual operations, highly preferred.
- New store opening experience, including pre-opening preparation, team building, and operational execution.
- Experience with alcohol service 🍻 and beverage program management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and interpret P&L statements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
