RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, coach, and direct the team
Learn and support P&L management
Help drive top-of-line sales through marketing efforts within the 4 walls, 4 blocks, and 4 miles
RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years AGM/GM experience in upscale kitchen (scratch helps)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for people and hospitality
Professional and personal self-development
