Construction Project Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee large-scale construction projects in the multifamily, senior living, and K-12 sectors.
Project Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Salary Range: $105K–$135K (DOE) + 10–20% bonus potential

Project Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Lead the full life cycle of construction projects from pre-construction through final close out
- Manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client expectations
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
- Facilitate strong communication and collaboration across all teams
- Utilize tools like MS Project and Viewpoint for project tracking and documentation
- Coordinate and supervise self-performed work in structural trades such as concrete and carpentry
- 5–10+ years of experience leading $35M+ construction projects
- Proven success in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 construction
- Hands-on knowledge of self-performed work (not just development-focused backgrounds)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
