What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
  • Oversee and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams with a focus on high performance and engagement.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, P&L analysis, labor, and inventory controls.
  • Uphold and elevate service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership on marketing, events, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of recent experience as a General Manager or senior leader in an upscale full-service or fine dining Italian restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills across FOH and BOH operations.
  • Financial expertise managing P&L, labor, and inventory in $5M–$6M annual sales environments.
  • Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine preferred.
  • Experience managing special events, off-site catering, or outdoor dining concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency with systems such as Compeat (inventory management) and Toast POS highly preferred.
  • Polished, hands-on leadership style with outstanding communication and hospitality instincts.
